Brandis Center New-Hire & Annual Training Program

This training program provides Brandis Center ABA staff with required new-hire and annual education on clinical, safety, professional, and systems-related topics applicable to the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis services. The program includes eight self-paced learning modules addressing ABA principles, the needs of the individuals and families we serve, culturally responsive and family-centered care, systems of care and community resources, safety and crisis management, medication awareness, special education, child and adolescent development, professional communication, and insurance requirements. Each module concludes with a four-question knowledge check. Employees must answer all four questions correctly (100%) to successfully complete each module. Employees who do not achieve 100% must review the applicable material and repeat the knowledge check until competency is demonstrated.
